About The Position

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide support and maintenance of a complex technical infrastructure to effectively serve the entire organization (worldwide), including installing, maintaining, deploying, and troubleshooting systems, responding promptly to users’ problems and resolving them efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT support system
  • Respond to customer queries by chat, phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Create step-by-step training material for employees
  • Inventory maintenance
  • Manage users’ access and permissions
  • Implement an onboarding and offboarding process for employees

Requirements

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a help desk environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in computer hardware
  • Proficiency with a Windows, MacOS, and Mobile OS
  • Can-do attitude, professionalism, and responsibility
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Service-oriented and a team player

Nice to have:

  • Linux knowledge
  • Familiarity with networking and equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, DNS/DHCP, VLANs)
  • experience in global companies
